Solo Online Training Registration

If you have not facilitated any game for a while, we'll ask you to facilitate at least 3 games before the training.
By registering for the Transformation Game® Solo Facilitator Training 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Payment Booking Deadline: Registration for this training closes strictly on Thursday, 22 January 2026.
Payment Options: To secure your place, you must pay either the Full Training Fee or a 50% Deposit at the time of registration. Non-Refundable Deposit: A sum of £200 from your initial payment is considered a non-refundable administrative deposit. This covers registration processing and pre-course administration.
Balance Payment: If you choose to pay 50% upon registration, the remaining balance must be paid in full by Thursday, 22 January 2026. Failure to settle the balance by this date may result in the forfeiture of your place.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that life circumstances can change. However, due to the limited number of spaces and the partner-pairing nature of this training, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made ON or BEFORE 22 January 2026: You will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the £200 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made AFTER 22 January 2026: No refunds will be issued. The full training fee is forfeited.
Non-Attendance: No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend the training or for leaving partway through the course.

3. Course Requirements (Stage 0) Preparatory Practice: You acknowledge that this training includes a mandatory "Stage 0" Preparatory Phase. You agree to be paired with a training partner and to organize/facilitate two online practice games approx. 2-3 weeks prior to the start date.

4. Accreditation & Assessment Accreditation as a Solo Transformation Game Facilitator is not automatic upon attendance. It is awarded based on the successful demonstration of competence during the training. At the conclusion of the course, your assessment will fall into one of three categories: A) Full Accreditation Awarded to participants who demonstrate the required level of competence, understanding the rules and structure, and facilitation and process skills. You will be allowed to facilitate the Solo Transformation Game professionally. B) Provisional Accreditation Awarded if you show good potential but require further practice to meet the professional standard. Requirement: You will be asked to complete further practice and additional accreditation games within 12 months of the training. Outcome: Upon successful review of this extra work, Full Accreditation will be granted. C) Non-Accreditation Awarded if significant gaps in facilitation skills or understanding remain at the end of the training. Consequence: You will not be authorized to facilitate the Solo Game and you will be required to return the Solo Game Manual to us. Further Recommendations: In some cases, we may also advise investing in further basic training before re-applying.

Technical Setup: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working webcam/microphone, and a suitable physical space to set up their Game Board.
